• Payment information: Telebirr, CBE Birr, and card payment details processed through secure third-party providers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, including matching riders with drivers, processing payments, ensuring safety, and communicating trip updates. We may also use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and service optimization.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform (payment processors, identity verification partners), when required by law, or with your consent. Riders and drivers share limited trip information with each other during active rides.
